1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Cash Depot website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for our loan services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Canada
• Have a valid Canadian bank account
• Have a regular source of income
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application

3. Loan Agreement

Upon approval of your loan application, you will receive a separate Loan Agreement that outlines the specific terms of your loan, including:

• Principal amount borrowed
• Interest rate and APR
• Repayment schedule
• Total cost of borrowing
• Any applicable fees

The Loan Agreement is a legally binding contract. Please read it carefully before signing.

4. Interest Rates and Fees

Our standard Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 18%. The total cost of borrowing will be clearly disclosed in your Loan Agreement before you accept the loan.

Example: A $300 loan at 18% APR with a 6 months term would have weekly payments of approximately $46.22 weekly for 6 months.

5. Repayment Terms

Loan repayments are automatically withdrawn from your designated bank account on the scheduled payment dates. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for each payment.

You may repay your loan early at any time without penalty. Early repayment may reduce the total interest paid.

6. Late Payments and Default

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or other reasons, late fees may apply as specified in your Loan Agreement. Continued failure to make payments may result in:

• Additional interest and fees
• Reporting to credit bureaus
• Collection activities
• Legal action

If you are having difficulty making payments, please contact us immediately to discuss possible arrangements.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cash Depot provides loan services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the availability or reliability of our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
